If simply doing a return approved by AOT, all you need to do is ship item back...no need to fill out return info.

Return & Exchange Policy (Summary)

• All returns/exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the order shipping date.
• All items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached (trying on is okay).
• Return must be received before any remake or exchange begins processing.
• Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back; the fee paid covers us shipping the exchanged item back to you.

📦 Return Fees

• Full kit returns = 20% restocking fee
• Partial returns (single item) = 20% fee on returned item
• First time Single-item exchanges = No fee (we cover remake costs once).
• Any additional exchanges on the same item will be invoiced a flat fee of $20 for the remake and handling cost.

All gear is considered made to order, so we offer this policy to balance fairness and production costs.

❌ Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

• Customized jerseys (name/number added, even after purchase)
• Gear marked as Final Sale
• Worn, washed, or altered items

Pants may be exchanged as long as they are not customized.
